Dear World System Builders,
To assist you in planning and purchasing your international flights to and from South Korea effectively and properly, JBA – Journey Beyond Asia has prepared useful flight information for your kind reference.
As normal practice, attendees are responsible for booking their own international flights to and from South Korea.
Below is fixed travel dates' details for your reference before purchasing your suitable international airfares.

(*) REQUIRED CONDITIONS FOR AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
- Airport transfers (pick-up & see-off) are only provided at the above indicated airports & dates within 24 hours of the official arrival day (local time) and official departure day (local time) as the above table.
- The airport pick-up will be arranged on a group transfer basis, NOT INDIVIDUAL transfers. Transfers will be grouped according to flight arrival times. The grouping time for transfers is approximately one hour.
- Guests arriving earlier or later than the official travel dates, or in airports other than those specified above, will need to arrange their own airport transfers.
- Once we receive your international flight details by July 15, 2025, JBA will re-confirm the airport transfer service via email. Transportation will not be provided for late submission.
Remarks:
We highly recommend that you should print out a hard copy of QR code and TRAVEL ITINERARY to bring along during tours.
