If you would like to switch your assigned travel group from Group A to Group B (or vice versa) to better accommodate your schedule, you can make changes during the registration process by selecting your upline CEO’s preferred travel dates.

$2,695 per person (based on Double/Twin Occupancy: $5,390 per room for two adults)

CHILDREN PRICE (sharing existing bed with parents - No Extra Bed provided)
| Infant (under 2 years old): | Free of charge (shares all services with parents) |
| Kid (2 – 4.99 years old): | $1,120 per kid (shares all services with parents, seat on transportation provided, without extra bed) |
| Child (5 – 11.99 years old): | $1,420 per child (includes children's services, seat on transportation provided, without extra bed) |
| 12 years and older: | Adult pricing applies |
Remarks:
- Triple rooms are not available. Each room might accommodate of three guests, however, the third occupant must be a child under 12 years old.
- Enjoy a special discount when you make payment via wire/bank transfer:
- $70 per room [based on Double/Twin Occupancy]
- $40 per room [based on Single Occupancy]
- The children rate is determined by their actual ages at the time of travel:
- Infant: 0 – 1.99 yrs by departure date
- Kid: 2 – 4.99 yrs by departure date
- Child: 5 – 11.99 yrs by departure date

PAYMENT DEADLINE
| Full Payment: | Full payment is required at the time of registration, February 25 – March 14, 2025. |
| Registration Closing Date: | Registration will close on March 14, 2025, or earlier once the maximum capacity is reached. |
| Optional Tour: | Optional tours will be available for booking from May 01, 2025. |

3. Cancellation Fees & No-show Policy
| Once paid, and before March 31, 2025: | $1,000 per room cancellation fees will be charged. |
| Between April 01 and May 31, 2025: | $2,000 per room cancellation fees will be charged. |
| Between June 01 and June 30, 2025: | 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. |
| Between July 01 and July 31, 2025: | 75% of the total booking amount will be charged. |
| From August 01, 2025 to the travel date or No-Show: | 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. |
Important notes:
- Group Change: You may switch between Group A and Group B until July 01, 2025.
- Name transfers for the main booking are allowed until July 01, 2025.
- Passport and international flight information MUST be submitted by July 15, 2025. Transportation will not be provided for late submissions.
- Please submit your preferred room assignment by July 01, 2025 (applied to bookings with more than one room).
- Official hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
