WSB SOUTH KOREA SUPER TRIP 2025
TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PAYMENT.

This special private agreement is made between Journey Beyond Asia (hereinafter referred to as "JBA,” "we,” or "us”) and World System Builder members, relatives, or acquaintances (hereinafter referred to as "you” or "passenger”), who agree to purchase a package tour and any other excursion services through this website.
 
Your purchase of the tour package or related services (hereinafter referred to as "the services”) offered on this website, along with our booking confirmations, constitutes a legal agreement between you and JBA. All communications and booking correspondence (via email, fax, etc.) between us will be considered binding
agreements, effective immediately upon our confirmation of the services.
 
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these terms and conditions. 

HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING 
 
Please note that this special tour is exclusively reserved for WORLD SYSTEM BUILDER members/staff, as well as their relatives, acquaintances, and friends.
 
If you require any additional services, please register and submit a completed reservation form on our website or email us with your detailed requirements. Note that we do not accept bookings by phone, and your reservation will only be confirmed upon full payment. The JBA team will aim to respond within 48–72 business hours after receiving your requests.

PRICES
 
Adult

Double/Twin occupancy price is applied for two (02) adults sharing one (01) room. Single occupancy will be charged with a single supplement fee. Maximum 01 child (below 12 years old) can be accommodated in a single room (if any) and sharing bed with the parents.
 
Triple room is not available but a maximum of 3 passengers are allowed per room, and the 3rd occupant must be a child under 12 years old (without Extra Bed).

All prices are quoted in US dollars.
 
Child  
 
The child rate applies to children under twelve (12) years old who share a room with their parents without an extra bed.

A maximum of one (1) child may share a room with parents, and the child's age will be calculated based on their age during the trip.
 
Typically, discounts on accommodation, transportation, and meals apply to children. Children under five (5) years old may not have their own seats on vehicles and may need to share meals with their parents.
 
For infants under two (2) years old traveling with parents, the land cost is complimentary, provided they share all services with their parents and do not incur additional personal expenses.

Children aged 12 and above are considered adults.

To qualify for the child’s rate, please provide a copy of your child’s passport information.
 
GROUP ASSIGNMENT 
 
The trip is planned across two periods:
  • Group A: September 13 - 18, 2025
  • Group B: September 18 - 23, 2025
Your travel period will be assigned exclusively by your UPLINE CEO. If you wish to switch your assigned travel group from Group A to Group B (or vice versa) to better suit your schedule, you may do so during the registration process by selecting your UPLINE CEO’s preferred travel dates.
 
Please note that once the full deposit is completed, changes to your assigned group will no longer be possible.
 
If you are unable to travel with your assigned group, you may contact us to request a change to the other group. This request must be made no later than July 01, 2025 and will be subject to availability. 

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT  
 
Payment schedule  
 
The website for registration and payment is planned to be opened following the below schedule:
 
February 25 – March 14, 2025

The schedule outlined above is subject to change and may close earlier if the maximum capacity is reached. Notification of any changes will be sent to you via email or published on our website.
 
Payment method (Credit card or Bank transfer)
 
A 3D Secure Enabled Payment method will be applied on the registration site, requiring an authentication password/code that only you know. This enhances payment security and helps prevent fraud or unauthorized usage, including potential misuse by others, such as family members, through credit card data theft.
 
All payments by card or bank transfer have been made by the registrant (you) to purchase the tour package and related excursion services with your full consent and intent. JBA shall not be liable or responsible for any credit card fraud claims arising for any reason after the tour.
 
Booking transfer and amendment

Upon completing your registration and successfully settling payment, an e-receipt will automatically be sent to your email. If you wish to change or amend any part of your confirmed services, please note that changes are subject to availability at that time and may incur additional costs.

You have the right to transfer your confirmed booking to any team member, relative, or friend, provided you notify us in writing no later than July 01, 2025. Each booking can be transferred only once, and only to a recipient listed under the same CEO.
 
In the case of a cancellation within a twin/double occupancy room, the remaining participant may choose one of the following options:
  • Option 1: Amend the booking to single occupancy, with the single supplement charge applied to the package price.
  • Option 2: Find a replacement participant and provide JBA with their updated information no later than 90 days before the arrival date.
Please note that any booking transfer or amendment requested after July 01, 2025 will not be accepted and will be treated as a new registration/booking by JBA. 

Invoicing

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the provided invoice. JBA cannot assume financial or any other responsibility for inconsistencies or errors that are not reported.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
 
The following cancellations policy will be applied for those who will not be able to participate in the WSB South Korea Super Trip 2025 and expect to cancel the deposited and confirmed reservations:

* A requirement of cancellation after setting the payment:
Once paid and no later than March 31, 2025:  USD 1,000 per room 
Between April 01, 2025 and May 31, 2025:  USD 2,000 per room 
Between June 01, 2025 and June 30, 2025:  50% of total booking amount 
Between July 01, 2025 and July 31, 2025:  75% of total booking amount 
From August 01, 2025 to the travel date or
No-Show: 
100% of total booking amount 

Optional Tours

  • Optional Tours and Pre/Post Packages are completely non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for any unused portions or services of a tour package.
  • Transfer: You may transfer your optional tour booking to another participant by submitting a written notification or an email to us no later than July 01, 2025.

Cancellation made by JBA
 
Once your booking is confirmed without payment, JBA reserves the right to cancel your reservation under the following conditions:
  • Failure to Pay: Payment must be settled within 48 hours of receiving our final notification email.
  • Failure to Submit Personal Information: Even if full payment has been made, personal information must be submitted at least 60 days before the travel date. 

SPECIAL REQUESTS
 
We will make every effort to accommodate special requests regarding hotel allocation, accessibility facilities, and room assignments (e.g., adjoining, connecting, or adjacent rooms) based on your preferences. However, these requests are subject to the hotel’s availability.
 
FORCE MAJEURE 

JBA shall not be liable for, nor offer reimbursement due to, any unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war or war-like operations, government restrictions, natural disasters, political disturbances, strikes (except those involving JBA’s own employees or agents), civil unrest, transportation disruptions, and urgent public health concerns (e.g., SARS, bird flu, Covid-19, etc.) as declared by the World Health Organization (WHO), which could result in border closures or other travel restrictions in either the departure or arrival country.
 
INSURANCE AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS 
 
The tour price excludes personal insurance but includes group domestic accident insurance, providing coverage of up to USD 10,000 per case, subject to a primary medical examination. Additional medical expenses must be covered by the patient's personal account or travel insurance.
 
We highly recommend that passengers purchase Trip Insurance and Travel Insurance when confirming their booking to safeguard against potential force majeure events.
  • Trip Insurance covers the cost of your trip in case you are forced to cancel before departure.
  • Travel Insurance provides coverage for emergencies, including medical evacuation, hospital fees, accidental death, and baggage or property loss, among other potential incidents during the trip.

It is essential to meet the health requirements of the destination countries, including necessary vaccinations and preventive treatments. Passengers who are denied participation in the trip due to non-compliance with health guidelines as advised by JBA will not be considered under force majeure; instead, they will be treated as no-shows, with a no-refund policy in effect. 
 
PASSPORTS, VISA AND IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENT 
 
It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with passport, visa, and other immigration requirements applicable to your travel itinerary. We strongly recommend confirming these requirements with the relevant embassies or consulates.
 
JBA is not responsible for any inability to travel resulting from failure to comply with the regulations or required documents mandated by South Korea Immigration. In such cases, your booking may be treated as a cancellation, and full charges will apply.

Please ensure that:
  • Your passport is valid for at least six months from your arrival or departure date.
  • Your passport has sufficient blank pages to accommodate immigration procedures. Most Asian countries require a minimum of two blank pages, as they issue full-page visas.
Kindly note that visa services are not included in the land cost. For assistance or guidance regarding visas, please contact JBA directly. Be aware that general visa information may change, and it is subject to updates based on regional policies. 
 
INFORMATION PROVISION AND PRIVACY 
 
It is mandatory to provide us with your passport information, including details for your companions and children (if applicable), as well as your international flight details, no later than July 15, 2025, to facilitate land service arrangements.
 
For those who fail to submit this information by the deadline, even if full payment has been made, airport transfers will not be arranged.
 
Your provided information will be treated with the utmost respect and protection.  It will only be shared with third parties such as hotels, venues, or local authorities that require it to process and fulfill the travel arrangements we organize.
 
By agreeing to provide your personal information, you grant JBA full permission to use it solely for executing tour arrangements and related services.

Additionally, we reserve the right to take photos or videos during the trip, which may include you, for promotional purposes. Unless explicitly stated otherwise by you, your consent is assumed for such uses.
